We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item(s) is/are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. ANY & ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) MUST:
1. Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 2. Include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you/the Buyer can contact us at notaryjawn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), digital downloads, and intimate items.
The Official Notary Jawn store does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
* We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
We do not provide exchanges.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, which can take up to 14 days. Also, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I Cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our team will have already started processing it. So we would be unable to cancel orders.
How does Notary Jawn Clothing and Apparel/Merch fit?
All Notary Jawn Clothing & Apparel is unisex. For Fit, please be sure to check out the product's size chart in product description before ordering and adjust sizes according to your drip style.
We do not have a warehouse or inventory and do not accept size exchanges. You would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once you've placed your order, our team will have already started processing it. So we would be unable to make any changes.
