Shipping policy

All shipping services are provided and managed by our on demand print vendor.

Where's my package?

If it is past 7 business days since you/the Buyer have placed order and you have not received a tracking number, please email notaryjawn.com. In most cases there was an error in sending tracking number. If you have received a tracking number and have not received package, please check in with your local post office. Signatures are not required for package.

If you/the Buyer live somewhere that if the package is left at door it may be stolen, we recommend arranging for the post office to hold package at your local office. We are not responsible for packages once they've been delivered. 

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you/the Buyer think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your/the Buyer's expense. 

Wrong Address - If Buyers provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print vendor facility. You/The Buyer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print vendor facility and you/the buyer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. (if and as applicable).

How long does it take for items to ship?

Items take up to 7 business days to be processed for shipping. Then you should add the shipping time from the method you chose on top of that. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays and after 12 PM EST begin processing on the next business day.
